University of Pennsylvania Assistant Professor – Academic Clinician Track - Cognitive Neurology Division in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Cognitive Neurology. Applicants must have an M.D. degree. Board-eligible or board-certified in Neurology.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students, residents and fellows in Cognitive Neurology principles and exam, and teaching students and residents in bedside in-patient clinical Neurology assessments.
Clinical responsibilities may include out-patient evaluations of patients with neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease and frontotemporal dementia, and in-patient evaluations of patients with neurologic disorders.
